1. Experience:
- Relevant experience: more than 3 years experience in QA
- Managerial experience: Have leaded a QA team
- 1 years experience in testing is plus
2. Training:
- Graduated from university or equivalent
- Good undersanding CMMI, ISO, Agile Scrum
- Foreign languages: Able to good speak, read and write English documents.
3. Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills:
- Capability to analyze project data/metrics
- Good test skill
- Capability to review contracts, proposals, estimation of projects
- Capability to lead a team >= 3 members
- Capability to analyze problems and define action plan
- Capability to define strategy for Quality at Group level
- Have knowledge Agile Scrum, CMMI, ISO
- Good management skills
4. Communication
- Good communication at group level
- Have good skill in analysis, forecast, solving and preventing problems at team/group level

Mô tả công việc : |
|
1. Project Control
- Verify contracts, proposals, estimations
- Review project plan
- Control product review activities at project level
- Review Corrective &Preventive actions for issues, problems and Customer Complaints at project level
- Give decision before release product to customer
- Report on quality control activities at project level.
- Suggest reward/penalty for projects
2. Process Control
- Define QA plan and report QA activity to Manager
- Consult to improve Quality activity at Group/Company level
- Develop & Improve Processes of the Group/ Business line
- Organize seminars/workshops at group/Company level |
