The Senior Network Support Engineer who has higher working experience and networking expertise. The Senior Network Support Engineer shall possess the following qualifications and experience:
a. At least 6-8 years of working experience in the IT industry, especially in the area of network infrastructure, design, support, troubleshooting and management;
b. At least 5-7 years of working and hands-on experience in the configuration for routers, switches, firewall, proxy and IPS;
c. Possess CCNA,CCNP certification or its equivalent; and
d. Good networking knowledge in WAN (routing), LAN, VLAN and ACL configuration.
e. Perform remote administration using SPECTRUM Onclick, ASDM, Syslog etc. (knowledge of Spectrum Oneclick is an added advantage)

a. Performance and fault management, configuration management; change management; security management; support patches upgrade for hardware and software;
b. Keep track of network equipment inventory; and
c. Document and maintain document related to the network
d. administration and configuration of network equipment such as router and switch; administration and configuration of VPN devices;
e. administration and configuration of network addressing, network address allocation and port specification;
Administration and configuration of VLAN; administration and configuration of Access Control List (ACL); and performance and fault management of the network. |
