|
+ 4 years or more experience in PHP and software development;
+ Strong skills in PHP coding and background in other programming languages such as ASP. Experience in Ajax is plus;
+ Familiar with CMS, E-commerce, Forum Systems (Joomla,Drupal, OScommerce etc.) and MVC or PHP frameworks;
+ Design and database analysis;
+ Strong knowledge about MySQL, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Web 2.0;
+ Self-motivated and hard working towards productive results;
+ Graduated from IT schools (bachelor or equivalent);
+ Good at English communication. |

+ Developing software and building modules based on open source system programming and PHP for web applications;
+ Training and managing junior developers and support recruitment process when required;
+ Controlling and tracking projects effectively;
+ Analyzing problems in clear explanation and recommending technical solutions;
+ Making proper documentation to develop work process and project management. |
